Every drop of wine from Maison Arnaud Boué narrates Arnaud’s journey.
His heartstrings were first plucked by the allure of Burgundy’s unique style during his formative years growing up in the region. Armed with a degree in oenology, he travelled to vineyards far and wide, from South Africa to New Zealand, where Arnaud’s romance with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir blossomed.
Returning home, he honed his craft under the tutelage of iconic Burgundian domains.
It was his diverse experiences, from both the southern hemisphere to France, that sculpted his resilience and adaptability, which have proved crucial during increasingly unpredictable recent vintages.
In 2018, fate gifted him an unpolished jewel – a quaint maison in the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits.
After a decade of apprenticeship, Arnaud was ready to chisel his masterpiece : Maison Arnaud Boué, Burgundy’s best-kept secret.
