Arnaud’s winemaking philosophy?
Each bottle is a liquid sonnet, singing praises to its birthplace.
Nature is the true maestro, and Arnaud, its devoted apprentice, amplifies its melody. He prefers the seasoned subtlety of second to seventh-use barrels, trusting indigenous yeasts, and practicing restraint with sulphites. Corner-cutting and chemicals have no place in his ballet of traditional techniques.
