Each one is rooted in exquisite terroir, kissed by the sun, and tended to by attentive hands. Some of these plots bear the organic stamp, with an increasing embrace of biodynamics, mirroring Arnaud’s own reverence for nature.
Our Grand Cru and Premier Cru cuvées are born from Côtes de Nuits plots, rivalling the bounties of legendary neighbouring estates. Yet it is Arnaud’s fondness for the lofty allure of the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits and Nuit-Saint-Georges that captures his essence — he chases the ethereal blend of cool nights and pristine acidity, promising elixirs that not only enchant today but will stand the test of tomorrow.
